Booking Terms & Conditions
Accommodation:
Advance Purchase rates are paid for at the time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable.
Flexible rates can be amended or cancelled by 12pm on the day prior to arrival. These bookings must be guaranteed by a Mastercard or Visa card, the card provided at the time of booking will be charged at 12pm on the day prior to arrival.
Golf tee times:
Visitor bookings are paid for at time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable.
Spa Treatments:
Visitor bookings are paid for at time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable.
Please note: Group bookings are subject to different terms and conditions that are stated at the time of booking.
